Mr. Lee has over 16 years experience in real estate principal investing and advisory. He has been involved in real estate acquisitions and asset management across the U.S., U.K., Europe as well as India and Latin America. Mr. Lee has been active in the European markets since 2001.

Most recently, Mr. Lee oversaw European real estate private equity at Marathon Asset Management, a multi-billion global investment fund. In addition to managing a number of Marathon’s real estate investments across Europe, India and Latin America, Mr. Lee was responsible for Marathon’s European real estate strategy and relationships.

Prior to Marathon, Mr. Lee worked at Starwood Capital for 9 years, where he served as Managing Director of Starwood Capital Europe in London and where he opened the firm’s office. Previously, Mr. Lee worked in the Real Estate Advisory Group at Ernst & Young in New York and worked on numerous transactions advising opportunity funds, mezzanine lenders and distressed debt buyers.

Mr. Johal has been involved in real estate for over 11 years and has an MSc. In Real Estate Development and Investment as well as being a qualified accountant. He specializes in complex structuring of partnerships, companies and joint ventures with our co-investors.

Previously, Mr. Johal worked at KN Martin & Co, Williams Lea and ING Real Estate where he advised Atis Real and institutional managers including Morley Fund Management.

Ms. Reljanovic is a qualified lawyer with nearly 10 years experience in finance, litigation and real estate law. She currently serves as General Counsel to Manhattan Group Ltd, a global luxury residential design and development company. She is responsible for the company's complex international corporate, tax and transactional legal matters. Previously, Ms. Reljanovic worked at Paramount Pictures specializing in financing and structuring motion picture investments.

Mr. Thorpe has over 20 years experience in real estate, and is a registered Quantity Surveyor. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the entire development process. Previously, Mr. Thorpe worked at the Manhattan Loft Corporation for over 12 years. Mr. Thorpe is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S.) and has a post graduate degree in Project Management and Property Development.

Mr Springate is an experienced financial analyst and controller with over 15 years experience in finance and accountancy. He is responsible for financial analysis and is part of the Acquisitions team at Ingenuity. Previously, Mr Springate worked at SMPA, as UK property company, as deputy to the group Finance Director.
